Job Title: 

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Description: 

You will begin in an individual contributor’s role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byju’s way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.

Sector: 
Sales, Marketing, Business Development.

Keen interest in education.
Being interested in mentoring students.
A knack for sales and positioning an idea.

Academic Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech
UG/PG Cut-off Score: 6 CGPA or 60% and above.
10th Score: Above 75%.
Selection Process:
 Group and Personal Rounds.

CTC for BDA: 9 lakhs (7 L fixed and 2L Performance Pay)
Internship: Mandatory for 2 months
Stipend during Internship: Rs 25,000 per month.
