Dear students,
Please follow these instructions for choosing the open elective for 8th semester.

Please indicate your choices in order of your preference in the google form, for the open elective course for the 8th term. Write 1 for first preference in the box against the course, 2 for second preference, and so on. You must indicate at least six preferences.  
Allotment will be made by drawing lots and strictly according to your preferences thereafter. 

NOTES:
*     If you do not mark enough choices or the opted open elective courses had already reached maximum permissible strength then in that case the open elective course will be allotted arbitrarily.
*     If you do not fill the preference form, the open elective course will be allotted arbitrarily.
*     The allotted open elective will not be changed under any circumstances.

Do note the following conditions for receiving the admit card:

1) You have filled all the Feedbacks on LMS for all the courses.
2) You have 2 passport-size photographs with you.
3) You do not have any pending dues or documents. Such admit cards shall be available with the OSD office.
4) You are eligible to take the exam as per the eligibility criteria set by the university.

Subject-wise feedback

Adarsh Kumar Singh and Tenjing Perme needs to submit more documents in support of their medical applications.

They need to meet HoD, Civil by 2 pm today.

The VIVA of B.TECH thesis is scheduled to be held on 21st NOV 2017  at 9.30 AM onward in room 105, 205 and 206 Block III.

All students are required to fill up the end term feed back form showing on the LMS for each subject. It is mandatory for all the students to fill in the form for all the courses that shows the END TERM feedback on the LMS.
