Admit card distribution Schedule

Admit cards shall be distributed to the eligible students as per the following schedule:

Thursday, Nov 23: 3-4 pm and Friday, Nov 24: 10-2 pm

B Tech (2nd year): Safdar, Room 104
3rd year: Anumod, Room 106
4th year: Pinaki, Room 105

M Tech (Structures): Nishant
M Tech (Geotech): Sarmistha
M Tech (Env): Dr. Gaurav
M Tech (Construction Mgmt): Pinaki

Do note the following conditions for receiving the admit card:

1) You have filled all the Feedbacks on LMS for all the courses.
2) You have 2 passport-size photographs with you.
3) You do not have any pending dues or documents. Such admit cards shall be available with the OSD office.
4) You are eligible to take the exam as per the eligibility criteria set by the university.

Subject-wise feedback

It is mandatory for all the students to fill-in the final feedback for all the courses on LMS. Without completion of it, you will not be given your admit card for the upcoming examination.

The feedback can be filled on your phone or our dept. labs can be used for the same as per the following schedule:

9-11 am: 2nd year (Anumod)
11-1 pm: 3rd year (Afreen)
1-3 pm: 4th year (Shikha)
3-4 pm: M Tech students (Nishant)

The names of the faculty who will assist you in the process is also given in the parentheses.

You are required to finish the exercise at the earliest to avoid last-minute hassles in the distribution of the admit cards.

Adarsh Kumar Singh and Tenjing Perme: More medical proof

Adarsh Kumar Singh and Tenjing Perme needs to submit more documents in support of their medical applications.

They need to meet HoD, Civil by 2 pm today.

The VIVA of B.TECH thesis is scheduled to be held on 21st NOV 2017  at 9.30 AM onward in room 105, 205 and 206 Block III.

NOTE:

1. Be present on the  time given to each group.
2. Come in formal attire.
3. Project presentation should cover objective of project, methodology, literature review and timeline of the project and work done till november.
4. 15 mintues are kept for presentation and rest 15 mintues for viva of the group so plan accordingly .

 

TEST of Design of steel structure on 20th November 2017

Assignment for the test

Test will be in the respective lecture time in 2nd (4A) and 3rd (4B) lecture in 104 and 204 according to availability of room.

END TERM FEED BACK FORM FILLING

All students are required to fill up the end term feed back form showing on the LMS for each subject. It is mandatory for all the students to fill in the form for all the courses that shows the END TERM feedback on the LMS.

DSS classes to be held in room no -106 at 1.20 pm as per previous schedule

CHOICE OF DEPARTMENT ELECTIVE

Students are required to fill in their choice in the given form for the department elective in the next term 2017-18. The availability of these courses is subjected to faculty availability and fulfillment of minimum amd maximum class strength criteria.
The response need to be filled by 16.11.17 (Thursday) or eles they will be allocated the available course.

Submission of Leave documents/applications: Medical/extracurricular/personal, etc.

If any student wishes to submit a leave application for medical reasons, extra-curricular activities and/or personal emergencies, etc., he/she is required to submit the same along with all the supporting documentation as a single document to the Office Assistant by Thursday, Nov 17, 4 pm.

No leave applications shall be accepted after that date.

Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

Term Paper Final submission dates

The students are required to submit their final term paper report by 17.11.17 (last date)  to their respective advisors.
The students should meet their advisors before the said date and get their rough drafts corrected before the final submission.
