Attendance for participating in Sharda Marathon

SHARDA MARATHON

All the students registering and taking part in Sharda Marathon Event on 18th February, 2018 shall be given TWO Full day attendance in all subjects. They will have to show their selfie at the Flag off point and at the Ending point to their respective teachers while participating in the race to claim this attendance.

Transport:

Bus Service shall be available to all students and their family members free of cost on the routes given at the following link. All the buses will reach Sharda University Campus at 5:30 am.The buses will also go back on the same routes after the Prize Distribution is over.

Monday Time table on Feb 12

Dear all,

On Feb 12, 2018, Monday's time table will be followed as usual.
The original change to Friday's time table stands cancelled.

So kindly follow Monday's timetable on Feb 12.

Special Survey Lab class for Placement Assistance

Dear Students,

As many of you might be aware that Janak Positioning and Survey Systems would be on campus on Monday, Feb 12 for campus placement and their main requirement is a good knowledge of Surveying equipment; Prof. K P Singh has kindly agreed to provide a special focused session on Survey Equipment for equipping you with the necessary technical skills to crack the placement drive on monday.

Schedule of Training session:

Fri, Feb 9: 9-10:30 am, Survey Lab.

67 students are eligible for the drive, I would strongly recommend that all eligible students should apply through Cocubes and appear for the process and gain as much knowledge as possible from Prof. K P Singh's session.

Alumni Membership Fee

Dear Final year Students,

Sharda University Alumni Association (SUAA) has been registered under Society Registration Act, at Meerut for enabling alumnus interaction amongst themselves, faculty members and Alma-Mater activities. The general body of SUAA has constituted the committee to manage the affairs of the association with following Office bearers:-

·         Vice Chancellor, Founder

·         Mr. Anurag Pandey (President)

·         Mr. Pratik Gupta (General Secretary)

·         Mr. Prince Nagar (Treasurer), and

·         Other members

As you are aware that SUAA has initiated many activities like alumni get-together, alumni day celebration, launch of alumni portal - alumni.sharda.ac.in, etc.  I am attaching a copy of the monthly digest for your reference.

As per the rules and regulations of SUAA, all the students of the Sharda University will become member of the SUAA as soon as they pass out. For membership a onetime fee of Rs.1,100 is required to be paid by each student. 

It is proposed to deduct Rs.1,100 from the security deposit amount of all the final year students, this year for membership fee of SUAA. In case, you have any reservations, kindly reply to alumni@sharda.ac.in by January 30, 2018.

This fund will be utilized for alumni activities and will be managed by the University.
