There might be changes to the section of the students. This shall be effective, once the final result of the special term is declared and we get the final list of students who have been promoted to the second year. We might also be reducing the number of sections, if there are not sufficient students. Till then, the sections as specified shall run and the students shall be in the respective sections, as decided and displayed through the earlier blog.

No request of change of section shall be entertained, in any case. However, consideration may be given for girl students, if there is only one girl in a specific section.

Different sheet have different sections. The highlighted students have failed to attain the minimum cgpa of 4.5 and have not been promoted to the second year. 

Their names shall be updated once they clear through the backlog/ improvement examination. However, they can attend the classes, if they feel, they can attain the minimum cgpa. If not, they can attend first year classes/ trimester (as the case be), but only after registration in the respective course.

Trimester option for thos having CGPA less than 4.5

Those students who have their CGPA less than 4.5, even after backlog/ improvement/ special examination may opt for "trimester" option or can take readmission in first year.

Those who want to take readmission in first year shall be given an one time fee concession of 50%

Those who are opting for the trimester shall be taught only those subjects, which they have not been able to clear in either 1st or 2nd semester. Out of the 13 subjects (of 1st and 2nd semester) they can take as many (in which they have failed) and can clear the exam. Upon clearing the exam, if their CGPA improves to more than 4.5, they shall be promoted to second year and shall study the 3rd and 4th semester in the trimester condensed mode.

If you have filled the backlog/ improvement exam, do take the exam and clear as many papers as you can. The leftover papers you can retake in the first trimester.

Backlog/ Improvement Admit cards

Backlog and Improvement admit cards are available in my office. You may collect the same anytime today till 04:00pm and tomorrow from 0900am till 0400am.

You are adviced to bring "two photographs" for getting the admit card.

Make-up cum improvement examination: Summer Term

The Summer Term makeup cum improvement examination has been rescheduled. Now the examination shall start from 15th July, instead of 6th July, as announced earlier.
